We offer four programs throughout the field hockey season. See a breakdown of the year below or under the programs dropdown menu.

Summer - camps and clinics | June and July months | Summer camps and recruiting clinics with college coaches. |
Fall season | August to November | Fall will consist of weekend technical sessions. |
Spring season | April to June | Spring season will consist of three practices a week. Our most competitive teams will participate in regional league games. |
Indoor season | December to March | We run a weekly training program from December to March. Teams will participate in competitive local tournaments and NIT qualifiers. |
